Set on 31/2 acres nestled beside Forest Creek this 25 year old garden is still evolving according to the seasons and what they offer!
‘The potager garden’ is a semi formal design with about 30 raised stone beds.
The original espaliered apple and pear trees form the boundary, whilst permanent beds of artichokes, asparagus and rhubarb are intermingled with seasonal vegetables, roses, salvias and anything that is tough! Hedges of thymes, rosemary & nepeta spill over the edges creating an exuberant profusion of colour form and texture.
