It is structurally landscaped on a sloping block with formal garden rooms consisting of established deciduous and evergreen trees and shrubs, including fruit bearing varieties.
There is an extensive selection of old world & David Austin roses intermingled with succulents, salvias, drought tolerant plants and sculptures.
An Asian styled water course garden can be found at the rear of the property, plus a small vegetable plot. There are gravelled areas & paths, including some steps and paving.
